Harry Akerman
Harry is a consultant anaesthetist at University Hospital Southampton and a visiting Professor at the School of Electronics and Computer Science at the University of Southampton. Harry has been the lead anaesthetist in a group of 60 private anaesthetists for 5 years and so understands the frustrations, inefficiencies and difficulties in staffing private healthcare.
Harry is married to Catherine and spends his spare time playing fives, padel tennis and cricket with his daughters or cycling around the Test Valley and New Forest with Mike!
Mike Crompton
Mike heads up the marketing and technical division of Alloc8tor, directing and overseeing the implementation of all design and technical projects. With over 20 years’ experience in delivering technical systems, Mike is an expert at taking strategic goals and delivering them through the relevant digital channels.
Outside of work Mike is married to a different Catherine and lives close to Winchester with his three children. He loves spending time in the mountains ski touring with Harry!
