Alloc8tor has been customised specifically by anaesthetists to meet the busy, fast paced, rapidly changing demand in private hospitals.
Lists are posted by surgeon’s secretaries for work across the capital.
Groups of selected preferred anaesthetists can be invited first by the secretaries before pushing invites to the wider pool of anaesthetists if necessary.
Filters ensure anaesthetists only see work relevant to them as defined by the skill sets they have and the hospitals they have admitting rights at.
Anaesthetists view the list information and select the lists they would like to do. Surgeon’s secretaries then allocate the lists.
Emails, SMS and In-App notifications are automatically sent to all the relevant parties.
Timely reminders are sent to anaesthetists so no list is left forgotten.
