Lists can be given start and end times so that calendars are kept up to date and accurate.

Create recurring lists which run on a regular schedule. Enable members to show their availability for the whole recurring list.

After posting, lists can be edited and updated to ensure all the information is kept 100% accurate.

Task Notifications
Email, SMS and in-app notifications
Notifications are sent to members to ensure they are kept up to date. When new lists are posted, lists are allocated and indeed when open lists become urgent.
Selective notifications
Choose which tasks are emailed to anaesthetists, secretaries and other relevant contacts on an individual list basis. A list scheduled for some time in advance may not warrant another email.
Multi-tier filtering
Lists can be filtered according to the skills, location, profile of each of your surgeons. Notifications are then only sent to appropriated members.
Opt-in/out of notifications
Each anaesthetist can manage their own personal preferences, choosing to determine which notifications they receive and decide the best way for them to manage their list availability.
List prioritisation
A last minute list suddenly becomes urgent… highlight the list and send it to everyone relevant at the click of a button.
