Remote Working Policy

Introduction

Alloc8tor Ltd ("the Company") recognizes the benefits and flexibility of remote working arrangements for its employees. This Remote Working Policy outlines the guidelines and expectations for employees who are permitted to work from home or other remote locations ("remote workers"). This policy applies to all employees of the Company who are eligible and approved for remote work.

Eligibility

Remote work may be available to employees in roles that are deemed suitable for off-site work. Remote Work Arrangements

b. Work Location: Remote workers are expected to work from a suitable and secure environment that promotes productivity. It is the responsibility of the remote worker to ensure a suitable workspace with minimal distractions and appropriate equipment and resources.

c. Working Hours: Remote workers are expected to adhere to their regular working hours as defined in their employment contract, unless otherwise agreed upon with their manager. They must be available for communication and collaboration during agreed-upon times and respond promptly to work-related inquiries.

d. Attendance and Timekeeping: Remote workers must accurately record their working hours and report any absences or deviations from the agreed-upon schedule through the Company's designated timekeeping system or other established procedures.

e. Data Security and Confidentiality: Remote workers must adhere to the Company's data security policies and guidelines. They must ensure that confidential and sensitive information is protected and not accessed or shared with unauthorized individuals. Personal devices used for work purposes must comply with the Company's security requirements.

Communication and Collaboration

a. Remote workers are expected to maintain regular and effective communication with their colleagues, managers, and other team members. This includes participating in team meetings, conference calls, and other forms of communication as required.

b. Collaboration tools provided by the Company, such as email, instant messaging, video conferencing, and project management software, should be utilized to facilitate communication, collaboration, and document sharing.

Equipment and Technical Support

a. The Company will provide necessary equipment, software, and tools required for remote work, subject to availability and approval. Remote workers must use the provided equipment responsibly and solely for work-related purposes.

b. Technical support and assistance will be available to remote workers for resolving hardware or software issues related to work-provided equipment. Remote workers must promptly report any technical difficulties to the designated IT support channels.

Health and Safety

a. Remote workers are responsible for ensuring their home or remote work environment complies with applicable health and safety regulations. This includes maintaining a clean, safe, and ergonomic workspace.

b. Remote workers must report any health and safety concerns or incidents to their manager or the HR department as soon as possible.

Performance and Evaluation

a. Remote workers will be evaluated based on their individual performance and outcomes, irrespective of their work location. Performance expectations, goals, and feedback mechanisms will be established and communicated by the employee's manager.

b. Managers will regularly review and monitor the performance and productivity of remote workers, addressing any performance-related concerns or issues promptly and in accordance with the Company's performance management policies.

Policy Violations

Failure to comply with this Remote Working Policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate remote work arrangements at any time, based on operational needs or other relevant factors.

Acknowledgment

By participating in remote work arrangements, employees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the provisions outlined in this Remote Working Policy, as well as any other applicable policies and procedures of the Company.
